Peas & Lupines!
Peas are tiny spherical seeds and are available either whole or split. Unlike lentils, peas are soft when young and require drying, whereas, immature lupine seeds have a similar taste and texture to field peas and can be used as a salad vegetable, in stir-fries or for pickling, whereas, Lupin flour is also used as an additive to enrich cereal flours, as they can contain up to 40% protein.
